The Work Completed & Materials Used
Approximately 300m² of damaged concrete was planed out to create a sound foundation. Ironwork covers were relevelled to match the finished surface before a tack coat was applied. The area was resurfaced using 10mm SMA, which compacts quickly and can be reopened almost immediately, allowing the shopping centre to remain operational throughout the works.
